Specification Requirements

The safety consultant works with their client in order to compile the specification requirements for the custom safety management system. This includes: custom forms, reports, terminology, permissions, processes, policies, procedures, rules, notifications, programs and other functions, features and even modules.

Project Plan

The safety consultant then works directly with a Socon project manager to convert the wish list into a system architectural blueprint and project plan which will then be quoted for review.

Development

Once the client has approved the project plan, deliverables, budget and schedule, the Socon project manager will assign the project to a design and development team for production.

Socon Safety Platform

The first stage of development will be the provisioning and deployment of a standard Socon Safety Platform upon which the customizations and additions can be developed and integrated.

Initial Review

At the MVP or Minimum Viable Product stage, the project manager will conduct a review with the safety consultant to ensure that the project is proceeding according to specifications.

Beta Testing

Once development has reached the beta stage, the safety consultant will conduct a full functional review and provide feedback for required adjustments, changes and fixes.

Client Review

After passing review, the safety consultant will then conduct review with the client and provide additional feedback for changes, modifications, fixes and additions.

Final Approval

Upon final approval, the Socon project manager will perform the system process to migrate the system from the development environment to a live environment for use.

Deployment and Training

Once deployed, the safety consultant will work with the client in terms of initial setup, user setup, system implementation, administer training, employee and user training and more.

Ongoing Support and Upgrades

On an ongoing basis, the safety consultant will work with the client to continually improve and upgrade the system while Socon will provide cloud computing, maintenance, security and technical support.
